At last, we see light at the end of the tunnel.
Supplies of batteries are now reaching us and we have started to clear the backlog of orders. The relaxation of the covid secure policies in Asia seem to be the biggest factor in the sudden arrivals of essential stock.
The installation teams are working flat out and we’re arranging for all those who have been waiting the longest to be installed soonest, before new orders are installed. Over 20 clients who have been waiting for up to 6 months have been installed and their systems completed already this year.
Going forward, we have decided to keep the contact-us page on the website closed. We are open and taking orders from clients who have our contact details from years of networking locally and also from recommendations from existing clients who all have our contact details. We do seem to get a lot more hand written letters of late as well, which are always welcome.
The contact form on the website, when opened, results in hundreds of blind enquiries many requesting a quote for comparison purposes and if left open, we would not be able to offer the levels of service we have have built our business on over the last 15 yrs.
Having slowed down the sales and design side of the business to where we are today, has allowed us to get back to a 4-6 week lead time for those who do make contact and place an order.
It appears that the efforts of the last 15 years, from standing up at networking and B.N.I. meetings, leaflet drops and standing in the freezing cold on market places in local towns offering advice and handing out business cards has worked. We have a constant stream of local enquiries and now have a manageable business again after the mayhem of the last couple of years.
