Some good news to report. We are now starting to see large quantities of batteries from many of our favourite manufacturers, and other ‘add-ons’ coming through.
Tigo optimisers will be with us before Christmas and clients awaiting install will be notified in the next week or so of installation date.
All batteries other than the SOLAX TRIPLE POWER are in stock and we are now installing systems with readily available products within 6-8 weeks from point of sale.
We have 37 clients awaiting Solax triple power batteries where the solar has already been installed and as soon as they land, we’ll be on the phones booking up these. We are now told mid December for the Solax batteries. All will be installed in order of sale.
The contact us form on the website will remain closed for the foreseeable future. We still receive calls and emails every day from those who have our contact details from years of service to the local community and will be dealing with those enquiries before we open up the contact us page again.
We are hearing of the issues that have affected our operations this year, are replicated though-out the industry, with some people being booked for install on a one year waiting list.
We’re not prepared to do that, so will keep filtering those we can serve and adjust accordingly as and when the situation improves.
Covid secure policies in the far east, delays at ports through-out Europe and increased importation time for the UK’s 3rd country status has certainly taken it’s toll this year. On top of massive demand this can only lead to a slow down and we can do no more than thank you for your continued understanding and patience.
