For customers awaiting installations that require Tigo optimisers, I am informed that Tigo’s are arriving in the UK next week and all customers will be contacted to arrange installation as soon as we possibly can.
For customers who have had solar installed and awaiting the Triple Power batteries, the saga continues. Our supplier has a firm commitment of 300 Batteries arriving mid December.
Pylontech batteries are now in the country and at present, stock is plentiful.
Three Phase residential customers. Long delays on some products, purely due to demand and all the others reasons we have explained of late.
We can see light at the end of the tunnel and some products can now be installed within 5-7 weeks.
We have stopped taking new clients on until we have satisfied the current contracted demand and can do more than thank you for your continued understanding. As soon as we have sight of the products you have ordered, you’ll be contacted for a very quick installation. It’s in no-ones interest to have so many clients awaiting completion and we are doing everything that we can to make the situation better.
